Our Ceremonial Cacao is completely organic and unprocessed. Cacao in this pure state contains a natural white marbling which is by no means an indication of poor quality and no grounds for a refund.If you are however concerned about the quality of your Cacao, please get in touch immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Once an order has delivered to you:
1) The Cacao Club does not offer returns or refunds of opened product as this is a food product.
2) We do not offer refunds for melted product, as it is still very much usable and its health + energetic properties have not been impacted.
3) We do not offer returns of refunds for cacao that did not deliver on time. (see 'shipping times')
In cases excluding situations described in 1) and 2) and 3), The Cacao Club will offer a refund for unopened product returned to us within 21 days. Simply send the product back to the address on the packing slip, and send an email to email@example.com letting us know with your order number in the subject line.
We are not able to refund shipping charges. If the product arrives back at The Cacao Club melted, an additional 25% restocking fee will apply. To avoid this, please ship in original packaging with a cold ice pack.
It is your responsibility as a customer to provide a deliverable physical address for delivery. For undeliverable shipments returned to us, please send an updated delivery address to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We will send you an invoice for postage to send to the new address. Once the original shipment returns to us, we can send it out again and hopefully it will make it the second time!We very much believe in the quality of our product - please contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way and we will do our best to help.
